1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise accessing any part of the pkr67 platform at pkr67.org ("the Platform"), you ("the User", "you") unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms apply to all services offered by pkr67, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, fishing arcade games, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering activity made available through the Platform from time to time.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pkr67 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of pkr67.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of pkr67 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. 18+
2. You are accessing pkr67 on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not prohibited from accessing or using online gambling services under any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
4. You have not previously had a pkr67 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not employed by pkr67 or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or service providers.
6. You understand that online gambling involves real financial risk and you participate voluntarily with full awareness of those risks.

pkr67 makes no representation that the use of its Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pkr67 is lawful in your location. pkr67 expressly excludes all liability arising from any Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where it may be restricted or prohibited.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access real-money gaming services on pkr67, you must register an account and complete the Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification process. The following conditions apply to all pkr67 accounts:

1. One account per person. You may hold only one active pkr67 account. Creating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Accurate information required. All information provided during registration and KYC must be accurate, complete, and current. pkr67 reserves the right to close accounts where false information is discovered.
3. KYC documents. You must provide a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport upon request. Additional documentation including proof of address or payment method verification may be required for withdrawal processing.
4. Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkr67 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
5. Account non-transferability. Your pkr67 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

pkr67 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. The following terms govern all financial transactions:

1. Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited.
2. Deposit fees. pkr67 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment processor fees, if any, are the responsibility of the depositing Player.
3. Withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals are available only after KYC verification is completed. pkr67 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4. Withdrawal to source. pkr67 may require withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable anti-money laundering procedures.
5. Processing times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the banking section of your pkr67 account. pkr67 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe where delays result from third-party payment processors.
6. Currency. All real-money transactions on pkr67 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) unless otherwise stated at the point of transaction.
7. Fraudulent transactions. Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

pkr67 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotional activity is subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pkr67 may exclude specific players or player segments from any promotion at its sole discretion.
2. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash. Only winnings generated after completing the applicable wagering requirement are withdrawable.
3. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds requirements (for sports betting bonuses), time limits, and maximum bet limits applicable to each offer are published with the respective promotion.
4. pkr67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
5. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or collusion, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, pkr67's determination shall be final.

6. Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

All games available on pkr67 operate according to the rules published within each game interface or applicable sports betting market. The following general gameplay terms apply across all pkr67 verticals:

1. Game outcomes for RNG-based titles are determined by certified random number generators and are not subject to influence by any party.
2. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events observed via live video stream. pkr67 does not accept responsibility for technical difficulties that result in incomplete live game sessions, subject to the fair resolution procedures detailed in the platform's help section.
3. Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at time of placement apply.
4. pkr67 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system errors, or where the integrity of a sporting event is reasonably in doubt.
5. Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient balance before placing bets. pkr67 will not extend credit under any circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Providing false identity information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account management.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one pkr67 account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the pkr67 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be reversed.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional offer.
• Using the pkr67 platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Accessing pkr67 while registered on a self-exclusion list in any jurisdiction.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your pkr67 account on your behalf.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr67 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphic designs, text content, and software, is the proprietary property of pkr67 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of pkr67.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr67 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including during live game sessions, arising from technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond pkr67's reasonable control.
• Any third-party payment processor delays, errors, or failures affecting deposit or withdrawal processing.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr67's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by pkr67's negligence.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

pkr67 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using pkr67, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pkr67 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

pkr67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pkr67 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. pkr67 maintains a formal complaints procedure. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of pkr67's internal dispute resolution, you may escalate the matter to any applicable dispute resolution body as directed by pkr67 in the complaints procedure.
